Alpine culinary delights in South Tyrol
During the preparation of our superb dishes we use mainly fresh and regional products from South Tyrol. For example, we use herbs and blossoms from the nearby Alpine pastures, from our own herb garden or from the organic farm next door. The mountainous area offers a variety of ingredients for the creative dishes in our restaurant, which are inspired by the Slow Food principle.
